Our Team.
Mankato's Realife Cooperative runs on a staff of two professionals. A full-time onsite Property Manager and a part-time and very knowledgeable Maintenance Technician.
Kellie Deegan-Ingles, our Property Manager, has experience working in compliance, real estate, property management, human services and bookkeeping. She is a huge help to our cooperative community.
Gabriel Proctor, our Maintenance Tech, has a vast background in property/hotel maintenance and is a great asset to our team.
